CBSA RA Member Fees

Total
$450.00**

*Plus applicable tax.

**Plus applicable tax. Please note that this fee includes $95.00 payable by CBSARA members directly to Upper Canada WILLS for the marketing and promotion of the member program to the CBSARA members and the royalty donation directly to the Association as part of the CBSARA Benefit. The balance of $355.00 is paid by CBSARA members to the Lawyer doing their estate documentation.

Note that this significant discount in fees was negotiated by Upper Canada WILLS with licensed lawyers offering estate documentation via virtual meetings between the lawyer’s office and their client’s home. In the event that separate or supplementary estate documentation is required by the CBSARA member, an additional fee may be negotiated directly with the Lawyer who will be preparing the estate documentation. Likewise, please note that law firms differ in the amount of office expenses they bill as disbursements for a file which are not included in the legal fees shown.

+ Due to a change in legislation in Quebec, notaries are required to see their clients in person to sign Wills & Powers of Attorney. As such, the applicable discount is amended to 25% off the National Average Rates. The fee for an Individual will now be $745.00. Please note that this fee includes $95.00 payable by CBSARA members directly to Upper Canada WILLS for the marketing and promotion of the member program to the CBSARA members and the royalty donation as part of the CBSARA Benefit. The balance of $650.00 is paid by CBSARA members to the notary doing their estate documentation.
